* Removed street types that have no raised sidewalks because if pedestrians get into road lanes they may cause not only cars to crash, but the whole game. If I can find a workaround to allow connections to all street types without letting pedestrians run around in the road I will add them back in.

v1.2.1:
* change the way transit tracks are handled, they're now no longer laid but left as blank space for the player to lay as they choose. This allows different track types (e.g. high-speed electrified transit tracks while station is standard track), as well as crossovers on transit tracks within stations.
