-Significant work on optimising performance of my events.
-Fixed the fact that there was a small chance of Luddite and Emancipation chains triggering again when the chain was already active.
-Fixed probabilities of Luddite strikes spreading and recurring to be much more reasonable. Perhaps too much so, but anyways.
-Made the militarist/xenophobe option for the blackmail event a bit more reasonable. Also made the event only happen when you have no superior enemies, as that's the original purpose of that event chain and it works much better then.
-Fixed some missing localisation keys.
-I think there's also some more German locs.
