-A few localisation fixes (a missing one for 'military academy built', corrected the title of cc_events_mod.18 and removed some random stuff that wasn't meant to be there in another political event).
-Hopefully fixed failed factional revolts not ending properly under some circumstances.
-Made factional revolts not happen more than every 40 years (taken from start point of event chain).

Fixes to the Luddite event chain - made it no longer be broken with the wrong event recurring, getting rid of robots on one planet no longer means getting rid of the on all planets. Also added missing localisations for one of the events.

-Refined part of the factional revolts code, maybe solved excessive popups during revolts.
-Fixed some errors in other scripts that were probably preventing some events from firing at the right time.
-A performance fix for an event to reduce the CPU usage of the mod a bit.

-Fixed a whole lot of pronouns that weren't capitalised when they were meant to be (didn't know that was possible before).

-Added an event each to the luddite and emancipation chains to set them up better.
-Added pacifist colony storyline.
-Optimised performance on factional revolt script start event.
-Corrected reference to "great man" rather than "great [species]".
-Fixed some missing localisations and a few poorly formatted/worded ones in colony events.

Version 1.1:
-Many fixes to factional revolts. They should happen both more frequently and in a less buggy manner now.
-Added militarist colony story chain.
-Some minor fixes to colony story events, rebalances of some effects (a few were disproportionately amazing), and tweaks to their likelihood of appearing.
-Added a 'shut down the media' option to the ruler Xeno Sex Scandal event.
-Improved the event pictures (made them more 'Stellaris style'), also added one for militarist events.
