Rattling gunner fixes
- Removed magical melee damage. (Which was still there after I copied some of the mortar stats)
- Removed the 500 Ammo, set to 15 instead.
- It is now possible to attack air

Nerfs
- Slightly increased reload time
- Decreased melee defence & morale
