Fix:
Stormfiend models should now be visible to everyone :^)

Adjust / fix: The passive was buffed too heavily during a change I made in an earlier patch. This fixes that.

Even more fixes to the poison mortar including slightly better rocket visuals.
(Now completely reliable again. Which it wasn't for last 3-4 patches)

Rattling copter armour piercing removed from its main gun(what little it had) and added to non-ap damage, now does AP damage with its bombs.

Tooltip & text regarding bombs has been fixed.
