Minor bugfix.

Retrying to add the weapons now works and is configurable.
Solves the empty trader problem caused by not disconnecting clients with missing weapons.

- More and better logging.
- Removed the restriction to add the same weapon from multiple weapon packs.
- Trying multiple times now to add the weapons in case one or more are missing on the client side before disconnecting.
- Updated the config to reflect the change of Lord of War to Gunz.
