Improved Garry's Mod 13 Spawn Menu GWENSKIN

This is a slightly improved version of the default GWENSKIN for the spawn menu. The difference is i made the white a little less intense while adding some transparency to make it a little bit less of an eye sore. I also took the liberty of making the text stand out a little more.

If you are having problems getting this to work than i suggest you subscribe to the Themer Addon (Link Below) which allows you to change GWENSKINS while in game, extract both addons and place the PNG files within this addon inside the Themers "gwenskins" folder. You will also need this method to switch from this skin to the green one.
