Ever got bored of the flat, uninteresting look of the vanilla action-bar?
'Hate the disgusting, gradient look of icon borders?

well do so no more, for now with the original item border better action bar & icon borders mod, you can. no numbers, no extensions, no tiers, just fancier borders!

If for whatever reason you still wanted the original version of these enhanced borders without any of the many additions and forks; never fear, for it has always been here.

I'm unsure about fixing this version, but I may make another version of this mod sometime in the future now that I'm better at pixel art

Hey, so, on this version, the "Essential" rarity icons are not showing as their retextured version (still vanilla). This works on other new versions but not the original, which I'm using as a replacement of a newer one due to some UI glitches. Do you think you could figure this out?

Can I just say that the icon borders are absolutely lovely to look at, especially compared to the vanilla ones? Like, I can't go back to the vanilla ones any more, because they just look awful by comparison

no idea, unless a patch changed where the texture for essential item borders is stored.

The "Essential" quality item's (most notably Matter Manipulator) icons are still the regular icons, but everything else it works on. Any idea what the problem is? I can't think of any mods that I have that would interfere.

Which sux.
Cuz I really liked these icons. A lot.
...(if it makes you feel any better, 1.4 broke mods Cleaner Health/Energy Bars as well. No idea how.)
