Unlocked Tiers

Planet types are not locked to single tiers. After Gentle stars, any planet type can appear at any star with random tier. Stars still prefer their natural planet types.

Notice! I am not maintaining this mod. There are other mods like this one http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=950647495 that also open up the world generation for more variety. Thank you everyone that tried and enjoyed this mod, I just wanted to share a fun experiment.
