Pet booster [Broken with 1.4]

Ever felt like your pets are simply just dying too easy?
Well, look no further, this mod will add some much needed survivability to your captured pets. No longer do you need to stare at those filled capture pods, wishing you could use them.

• Triples your pets HP (Player tier and health collars are still applied on top of this)
  
• Gives your pets a very weak base health regen. This is about 3 times weaker than the Healing Collar 1. (pets only regen while outside of their capsule)

And that's it. I couldn't find a mod that simply adds or changes the base stats, so I made my own.

The balance seems to be okay. But I'm still open to feedback.

Modifies the petspawner.lua, so won't be compatible with any mod that also alters this file.

This mod still needs some serious balance testing, so please leave some balancing suggestions or bugs in the comments or a discussion.
