My stable list, that I will not change drastically.

A list of smallish mods with the goal of adding a little something to all aspects of gameplay for the player who wants stellaris to feel more complete. Without the gameplay feeling overly crowded.

With the exception of Cultural overhaul, the other mods should be compatible with other mod lists.

Cultural overhaul changes governing in a way that makes the game more nuanced and interesting.
Playing without it is just not the same.
