S.A.I.L. chip - 日本語化 / Japanese translation dialogs

This mod adds a S.A.I.L. A.I. dialog chip out of zan9's 日本語化MOD that work with my Custom S.A.I.L. mod.
Note that I don't actually speak japanese, and all translations available in this mod are from a friend, based on the abovementionned mod. I'd be happy to help for a translation, but I am not qualified to make one by myself.

This also serve as an example to show that you can literally change every dialogs in my S.A.I.L. scripted mod.

Note that this mod overwrites the game's font file, hobo.ttf, and thus will probably not be compatible with any other language mod that change that file to a different one.
