描述
This mods adds Stun Gun as a weapon resource. You can use it either by making/finding map with it or by using CWM mod (listed as required).

It shoots stun grenades, which explode on first touch with anything and suck enemies towards the point of explosion, also temporarily stunning them. Does no damage.
While stunned, monsters develop stun resistance, and lose it while not stunned. Some larger enemies and bosses are immune to stun.

Credits to Valve for used sound effects.

Oh my, somehow I have completely missed the previous comment. Probably read it in not a working state of mind.
Anyway, tested, and indeed, saves are bugged. The stunning actualy works after save/load, it's only the effects that get broken, so you still can use it while I fix it.

was the save stun thing ever fixxed? I encountered it a year ago and haven't used the weapon in a while and I wanna see if its viable again

I think I found a bug. When I load a quick save, the enemies don't get stunned but still get sucked in. Auto saves don't seem to have this problem.

On first hit (when monster has no resistance) - 5 seconds. Resistance can go up to 90%, so if you try to stunlock an enemy it will be stunned for only about 0.5 seconds with each grenade with max res (stun refreshes, not stacks).
