Adds masturbation as a joy source (done in a private room).

All pawns are capable of masturbating. Masturbating and meditating are equally as likely to be done (except that not all colonists can meditate).

The comments ask that I don't add hearts or sounds, so I won't. Filth type may or may not be added (if I get back into this game, I may add it). If someone else knows how to add it, let me know and I'll put it in the mod and credit you.
