Adds masturbation as a joy source (done in a private room).

All pawns are capable of masturbating (if they are capable of manipulation). Masturbating and meditating are equally as likely to be done (except that not all colonists can meditate).

@Gavin @stefan.leca To get a maintained version of this mod, click on the first link in this mod's description. If I update this exact mod or reupload it, it'll get banned again. Ludeon keeps banning this every time I touch it.
