Inclusive Civics

描述
This mod relaxes the requirements for many civics and origins, allowing more freedom in customizing your own empires. So if you want to create Fanatical Purifiers that also like being egalitarian for some reason, or a Warrior Culture that has shunned expansionism and wants to form a big happy federation, you can. It also unlocks most of the special civics (Fanatical Purifier, Devouring Swarm, etc) so you can switch to and from them mid-game. See the wiki[stellaris.paradoxwikis.com] for more details.

Some of these changes may now be overpowered. I will not change this, since I tend to prioritize roleplaying over balance.

Thanks @SacremPyrobolum for the original idea (Inclusive Fanatical Purifiers).

I think you should make Oppressive Autocracy cost less, and grant Sovereign Guardianship/Corporate Protectorate some liberty from their militaristic expectations.

Sadly no longer playable - it hides the new civics and traditions

Also confirming that all the polticians get replaced, instead of being split like they were before 4.0

This used to allow me to use Merchant Guilds and Technocracy at the same time (ending up with a mix of politicians, merchants, and science directors in the capital building), but now it just replaces the politicians (and the merchants overwrite the science directors). :-(

Why doesn't this change Exalted Priesthood? The civic's restriction to oligarchic and dictatorial governments is honestly baffling. There's numerous historical Earth civilisations that are both monarchical and had a politically powerful priest class.

This mod makes the new Origins disappear in the origins menu!

Hey, how is the 4.0 Compatability? Thank you!

I'd like to ask why Pleasure Seekers and Warrior Culture remain exclusive? Is it really unthinkable that an empire of hedonists might take pleasure in Combat and Gladiatoral displays? Not only would this combination help me roleplay as Dark Eldar, but it also is a neat representation of some facets of roman culture and society during the late republic and early principate.

Not sure how it works, for example warrior culture forces me to be militaristic, no other way.
