Unfortunately, I'm pretty awful at 3D modeling and Photoshop. Please do not expect much from this asset, because I'm only making them available as a courtesy. Finally, the triangle count for both the main and LOD models may be on the high end; however they don't seem to impact performance for my use. Partially I believe this is due to drawing the model in SketchUp and subsequently importing in to 3ds Max before exporting for CSL.

I went with a different Building because the upkeep and stats were still too high for what I was looking. Still, nice work!

Exactly what I was looking for - I will give it a try.

The picture you gave doesnt portray it too well, i think. At least put one with better solution - additionally a screenshot to show it ingame would be nice, too.

I say that because I feel the model holds up much nicer than you make us believe.
