I wanted to let you know that I have uploaded a new version of the CDSN mod (1.10) which has a more robust way to deal with station deletion. I was not able to re-produce your failure but the nature of the problem (a crash while indexing the table holding station data), suggested that deletion was the area to focus on. Please let me know if you see problems.
I also wanted to explain how to find the "stdout.txt" file you mentioned. On the front page of the TF2 game there is a list of options. Follow the sequence : SETTINGS > ADVANCED > OPEN USERDATA FOLDER. This will bring up a window with the file directory of the actual game installation. Look inside the "crash_dump" directory for the 'stdout.txt' file. It is usually at the bottom of the file listing.
