X10 Medium Ion Thrusters

描述
Adds five 'Medium Thrusters' for both large and small ships in five colours.

Slowdown Factor (deceleration) has also been improved

Size, Build Costs and Power Consumpton of all Medium Thrusters are 2x that of original small ion thrusters, and are 10 times more powerful.

Colours = Original Blue, Orange, Green, Purple, Red

As ion thrusters, they are primarily intended for space travel and so are only 30% effective on planets, like the original thrusters.

The model is made by Keen Software House, who for some reason did not put them into the base game. Feel free to reuse it.


This is part of a series of mods aimed at rebalancing several aspects of Space Engineers. The goal is to bring many of the game's underpowered blocks up to reasonable levels, without making them overpowered. Most of these mods take the form of doubling or trebling the original values, but I will not be altering every block, only those I consider to be especially weak.

Hello got question abaut your model is it possible to use it in mod that allow in game power usage and thrust magnament to create a special adjustable thruster ?

I took the model from a collection of Keen's 'example mods', uploaded by Rider. I don't think it ever was an actual mod of its own, it was just included in the game files but never used:
