My first mod! Since I'm at a real Wendy's enough, I figured I'd go here, too..

Adds Wendy's Fast Food chain to your civilization, in 2 possible locations per city:

City Center: Wendy's Fast Food gains +1 Food, +2 Gold, and +1 Amenities for your Civ

Campus: Wendy's with Free Wifi! gains +1 Food, +1 Gold, +1 Culture, +1 Science, and +1 Amenities (because it's on a campus, they're college/university kids!) for your Civ

Required Tech: Masonry


Future plans:

1) Possibly change the required tech

2) Make your city have a population of 5 or something in order to build - haven't seen how to do that yet though

3) Add in 3 bonus resources

3a) Old-Fashioned Hamburgers - I don't eat them, but they're known for that?
3b) Spicy Chicken Sandwich
3c) Chocolate Frosty

I'm thinking each resource could have a limit of 4, but I currently don't know how to make that happen, and i don't want to make it unlimited, or be forced to set a permanent amount. Also, since Masonry happens so early (it IS in a brick building typically, after all...), I am considering moving this to at least Currency, as I don't want the perks of the bonus resources to be overpowering. I'll listen to opinions on that.

YES! <3 I play like 4 times a year so I get that, fraxis kind of kicked all the mod devs in the dick with the update that broke this, because it broke basically everything that wasn't maps. Thanks for the news!

I've been away from the game for quite a while now, hoping to get back into it and update to be GS compatible. thanks for feedback, everyone!

It's actually not even just GS, base game civ with no extras is refusing to work with it, so must have been a basic update that broke it. Which is sad because it's one of my favorite mods honestly.

"Where's the Beef" ad campagin City Project - When you have 5+ Wendy's in your civilization you can do a special city project in any city with a Wendy's. Grants a large amount of Food, Gold, Amenities, etc.

Dave Thomas Statue Wonder - +20 gold per turn. I imagine it as a 250ft tall, cast in bronze, with a spatula in his hands raised to the stars.

*blinks* A fast food civ? So, we're making a joke on the dystopian concept of corporatocracy? Beyond earth had a corporatocracy civ, interestingly enough.... Rather than fast food, might I suggest a more serious, more intimidating corporate feudalist oligarchy stype of civ strgiht out of the darkest cyberpunk literature?
