Its played using items ingame, Instruments. Believe you need two or three total, the songs should say what instrument its meant for, but you can in some cases use other ones, might sound different however.

Well, maybe, though I'm not having much luck so far with even halo soundtracks other than this one

Could you add a mod with music from DOOM,DOOM II?

Well guys, sorry bout this, but im not sure when if at all il be putting another out. This was an incredibly simple song to convert compared to the rest.
