描述
The grammar mistake was on purpose.

This mod's only purpose is to make the Solus Katana extremely overpowered because mods.

Yes, This mod is Clientside/Multiplayer compatible and does not corrupt any of your files.

Changes:

Reduces ability cooldown to 0.01

Changes ability damage to 700 (Likes to randomly change to 1000 for no reason)

There is no real reason for this mod, Just wanted to mess with ability files.
