Shielded Cargo Transport

Adds radiation shielding to the Cargo Transport.


NOTE: There is a tiny gap in the airlock door frame between the cabin and airlock. This is due to how the models connect to each other. So you will get a very small dose of rads but probably only enough to raise the Sv by 0.0001. Of course if you just don't go standing in the doorway it won't happen at all.


Built using the test branch running the dev exe on game version 0.9.0253.39517.
