Changes many spells, making some of them feel more unique or useful, and creating a new dynamic for a more enjoyable experience!

[Spell Changes]
=============

- The spell Candlelight takes slightly longer to cast and now lasts for 2.5 minutes.

- The spell Magelight takes slightly longer to cast and now lasts for 5 minutes.

- Reanimate spells still have the same cast time, but reanimate the target for 2 minutes now.

- Spells like Iron Flesh or Oakflesh now last 20 minutes, but take a handful of seconds to cast. This was designed so as to make these spells more appealing to cast while NOT in combat.

- Spells like Conjure Flame Atronach or Conjure Familiar now take a bit longer to cast, but last 3 minutes now.

- Spells like Bind Bow or Bind Sword now last 30 minutes and take slightly longer to cast.

- Wards have had their casting costs reduced some to make them more desirable.

- The spell Healing now recovers 12 health per second instead of 10.

- The spell Healing Hands now costs the same and heals for the same amount as the spell Healing.
