Researcher Trait 'Fix' - Power of Three Edition

描述
A requested version of my Research Trait 'Fix' mod. Leaders will gain a trait every odd level up. For normal gameplay this will mean three traits in total (barring special events) though further traits will be gained every 2 levels if you have increased level caps.

Also removed the Arrested Development trait from being gained, since it's just a party pooper.

It shouldn't need to be said but this will conflict with either of my other two Research Trait 'Fix' mods. Only use one of them.

@Chopper Mask and anyone else asking.
I just started a new campaign a few days ago with this and a boatload of other mods enabled.
It still works as to give skills every odd lvl.
But as to removing the "Arrested Development" trait, sadly not in my game. But this might be due to mod conflicts.

Updated for 2.1. I've also removed the "Arrested Development" trait from popping up since it is a bit annoying for mods like this one.

At the moment it doesn't take into account starting level. That's something I'm planning to add to all three of these mods at some point.

Thanks for this mod. I always wondered why additional traits weren't added. Does this mod work when a leader has increased based level as well as increased cap level? Also, maybe do this for the other kinds of leaders too.
