Researcher Trait 'Fix'

描述
I was a bit surprised that scientists leading research departments couldn't gain traits as they leveled up, while their esteemed colleagues out surveying the galaxy could. This mod 'corrects' this issue by allowing researchers to have the same chance at gaining a trait as surveyors. Inspiration can strike anywhere after all, whether it be in the field or in the lab.


UPDATE: Changes have been made to the mod so that it no longer overwrites any vanilla files. This should improve compatibility with other mods, but let me know if you encounter any issues.


This mod was inspired by phoenix89's mod Researchers Gain Traits

Found in the 3.3 patch notes so yes this mod is now obsolete: * Scientists currently researching a technology can now gain new traits as they level up.

Using this with 3.0.1 and it appears to still be working. Researchers getting traits!

When I have this mod turned on, stellaris 2.8.1 beta just stucks on the small flash screen
