Yes, the picture is from actual gameplay with this mod pack.

Steam won't permit me to upload on the video section, but here's the game-play (New Video Arriving)

WARNING: If you max everything out expect MASSIVE FPS drops, even with 2 NVIDIA Geforce GTX 970s this mod pack on maximum settings drops my fps DRASTICALLY!

This mod pack will make Garry's Mod look crisp, HD, realistic, and beautiful, from the simplest things such as errors and birds, to the biggest thing such as props and world textures.

DYNAMIC LIGHTING that can imitate to that of ray-tracing when combined with mods that move the position of the sun in real-time such as Atmos. (EXPENSIVE, especially with mods that move the sun in real-time.)
DYNAMIC CLOUDS that add clouds that move to the sky-box.
TEXTURES on maps with HL2/CS:S are Improved with detail and higher quality.
PROPS are now HD.
GLOVES are HD with more detail.
CS:S WEAPONS are REMODELS that are HD with a bunch of detail.
HL2 WEAPONS are HD.
WATER EFFECTS AND TEXTURE is Improved.
NPCS are HD with more detail.
SOUNDS are clear and have great quality now.
FIRSTPERSON is improved with viewbobbing and body view.
CS:S/HL2 ANIMATIONS are improved.
LIGHTING is improved.
EFFECTS are improved.
DECALS are improved.
PARTICLES are improved.
SHADOWS are improved.
HUD is improved.
BULLET HOLES are HD,detailed and improved.
BLOOD is 4K.
SUN FLARES are added.
AIMING WITH HL2 DEFAULT WEAPONS is added.
CROSSHAIR is improved and has shadows.
MASSIVE OPTIONS with mods.
FLASHLIGHT TEXTURE is improved and has more detail.
HIGH POLY MODLELS replace the old npc models.
IMMERSIVE AND DYNAMIC FIRSTPERSON EFFECTS are added.
SPRINTING ANIMATION FOR DEFAULT HL2 WEAPONS are added.
EXPLOSIONS are hyper realistic.
BULLET SHELLS are improved and HD with more detail.

MUZZEL FLASH is improved.
ENTITYS are imrpoved and now HD with more detail.

PULL UP ANIMATIONS for all HL2 weapons and SWEPS.

HIGHLY OPTIMIZED GORE is enabled (To vastly use the 4k blood)
BULLET TRACERS are enabled and improved.
PLAYER MODELS are HD and improved with more detail.
