No Deathcare

With this mod, no hearses will ever spawn in your city. Which means no deathwaves and more available agents.
Please note that this mod affects only newly dead people. All existing dead bodies must be collected.
This mod should be compatible with most mods, including Rush Hour but I didn't really test that. I expect that it may conflict with some really old simulation mods (like ones made by @nohealforu), but you should test it for yourself.

This mod uses awesome detours C# library[github.com] by cope. Without it, this mod would've been impossible to make.
