[1.6] Grenade Fix - Rearmed

描述
Injects a minimum range to any weapon with an explosive projectile.

This mod dynamically injects a minimum range to any weapon with an explosive projectile.

Affects grenades, launchers, etc. including weapons added by mods.*

The minimum range is slightly larger than the weapon's explosion radius, ensuring that pawns won't explode themselves by accident.

*If the weapon already has a safe minimum range (e.g. mortars) it will not be affected.

I just released the mod and I know exactly what you're looking for, ParanoidAndroid. Check out Better Grenade Handling https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3592500869 . I fixed dumb AI behavior, now pawns will avoid throwing grenades if there is at least 1 ally in blast area.

@ParanoidAndroid I think that has been suggested but it will be a much more complex mod as you say. Sounds like something Brrainz would code.

I guess it would add a lot of complexity, but do you think there is a way to prevent throwing/firing if there is any friendly unit in the explosion radius?

Thanks!

Is this compatible with Combat Enhanced 1.5?

(This is definitely one of those "should obviously be in vanilla" mods)
