You need to give your item a new ID. FrackinUniverse already contains an item called "brainslug", and as such, you cannot use the two together. Any user trying will instantly crash.

There is a brain slug vanity item in the game which can be found... it just looks drastically different from the brain slug added by this mod. I guess this mod was made by a Futurama fan that didn't like the items in StarBound look different from Futurama... still, its a nice tiny addition... with a very simply and plain sprite.
