Cyprus Tweaks (De Jure Kingdom of Cyprus)

This mod makes Cyprus a De Jure Kingdom within the Byzantine Empire instead of a Titular Title. It contains only the Duchy of Cyprus. Secondly, it edits the Flag of the Kingdom of Cyprus to the modern coat of arms of The Republic of Cyprus. It also changes the colour of the Kingdom to R:228 G:130 B:15 - Hex #e4820f (This is the same colour as the Coat of Arms).

It also edits the process of forming the Kingdom to the following:
- You must either be Catholic, Orthodox or Sunni religion
- You must either be Greek, Turkish or Roman culture
- Hold at least 2 duchy titles

This mod was made for personal use and a multiplayer game with friends, but i decided to share it publicly. This means the mod will not be changed or edited unless bugs occur.

If anyone knows how to remove the requirement of holding 2 duchies please let me know. As of now this is the only thing I plan to change. (I may remove the ability for Turkish Muslims to form it as well).
