Resource Muffaloes A 17

描述
Adds muffaloes that shed resources(Steel,Plasteel,Gold,Jade,Uranium, Stone chunks and Silver). Must first research Muffalo Mutations, make a muffalo lab, then make the eggs.

This is my first mod so hopefully everything works out. I'm still trying to balance costs and product amounts. If you have any issuses I will do my best to help solve them, but I cannot guarantee they will be fixed.

I have released the Beta 18 version as a new mod. I know there is some discussion on whether to update this to B18 and release an A17 version as a new mod but I felt that this is the best way to go about it to minimize broken games. I personally would rather find a mod for a new version than to find out that my old game is broken and try to fix it.
