I am removing all mods that cause exceptions and failed attempts to apply patches.
I keep subscribing and unsubscribing both at the same time and it still says this.
Last time I tried, marking a mod as required caused issues if you had both Steam Workshop mods and manually installed mods. I currently need a dummy mod in my mods folder to force one manually installed mod to "see" a certain mod installed through the Workshop, otherwise it won't work.
I know for a fact that there is a way to make more than one mod as a required item - even a mod that you did not make. I've seen other mods that made Frackin' Universe as a required item, in addition to a different (non-Frackin) mod.

Nice to see it working :), just want to point out you may want to edit the upload in steam to add required subcribed mods (this is a self warn system that dependences are required) players won't be able to sub to this if they have not subbed to the depencises you list in the mod page here then.
