More Colors for Black Cats

Adds additional colors for the capturable cat found in the Hylotl Villiage.
Adds a long and short description, so no longer displays as "Unknown" in capture pod.

Colors: Black, Gray, White, Orange, Brown, Hairless, Green, Purple, Blue

Can be spawned with "/spawnmonster blackcat level" where level is a number.

Replaces the "monsters\dungeon\blackcat\blackcat.monstertype" file, as I found it refused to use the colors otherwise.
Incompatible with mods that replace that file.
