Compact Crops for New Farmables: Hemp

This is a patch for New Farmables: Hemp for Plant Fibre which reduces crop size to one tilled space. This was produced as a mod patch rather than incorporated directly into the base mod with respect for those that may not like compact crops.

===Known Issues===
Some minor sprite clipping and artifacting. Does not affect functionality, but will be fixed in the near future.
