Changes the cooldown of all melee and ranged abilities so you can use them more often, as long as you have the energy.

Thanks for clearing things up, and yea the grenades are one main reason I made this mod :P Wanted to spam them but couldn't becuase of stupid cooldowns. Now you can spam them as long as you have the energy, and end game is great for it :D

I haven't played in a while and wasn't aware of an update, but as long as the weapon code wasn't altered it should be. You could test it and see for me if you would want to.
