Adds Pyroland led by Pyro as seen in Meet The Pyro and of course, Team Fortress 2

Unique Ability: Dreams of Cruelty

Enemy spies steal technology 25% slower and each city owned increases golden age duration by 2%.

Unique Unit 1: Pybro

Replaces the paratrooper. Armed with a thermal thruster, the pybro gains an innate combat bonus in friendly territory, and an additional bonus while on the offence in friendly territory.

Unique Unit 2: Phlogistinator

Replaces the marine. No amphibious promotions, however instead the phlogistinator is feared making adjacent enemy units weaker. Combat bonuses on offence but combat penalties when defending against ranged attacks.

Pretty Fun.... but I do think it's annoying that Pyro's dialogue isn't all mumbled speech...

I figure that you decided not to do that for readability...

It's like how all the other leaders in the game have their dialogue translated into text that's in the game's language...
