This increases the chance rate at what your tenants gift you. Pixels are still more common but the other are a much higher chance. And like before, no more salves or throwing items.
They give you Pixels, Weapons, Instruments, Costumes and rare Valuables.
But the rates are really rare (0.55, .12 .02, .06, .08 default values).

The Fleash tenant gifts you with crafting materials related to monsters
(livingroot", "phasematter", "sharpenedclaw", "hardenedcarapace" and "stickofram).

If you have this mod in your Starbound mods folder, it'll be used by the server if you are the host.
