Decreases channeling time of all staffs and wands to make them competitive with guns. (without any damage decrease)

to little change to tell the deffernce please make staffs and wands faster, at least a little faster ^^;

I had a look at it again but couldn't detect any issues

no this is the only one it kinda crashed my game and i couldn't get back on the game till the next day i also had to uninstall the mod -_-

Are you sure? You're the first one reporting issues.
Are you using any mods that modify the properties of staves?
