Capture the Flag

描述
Give GMod Sandbox a purpose! Face off in a build-a-thon where opposing teams construct their own weapons and defenses and use them to have at each other with the goal of capturing the enemy team's flag.

*** Structure ***
Setup Phase: The match begins with players choosing their team. Options are Red, Blue, and Spectator.
The first person on the Red or Blue teams becomes the "Team Captain." This means they get to choose the location of their base. The bases need to be far enough apart that their build zones don't overlap, and the selected location needs to be big enough for the Spawning Platform and Flag to spawn. The setup phase ends when both base locations are set.

Build Phase: Once both base locations are set, the timer begins counting down. They players have an admin-defined amount of time for which they are to construct their defences and weapons. Players will only have access to the toolgun, physgun, and noclilp during this phase, but they cannot leave their build zone. When the timer hits zero, the build phase is over and everything becomes permanent.

Battle Phase: At the end of the timer, the build zones will vanish and all the players will be reset at their spawning platform. A point can only be scored by bringing the enemy's flag to your own flag, which must be on its base. Dropped flags can be returned or picked up by touching them. To prevent a flag from being unreachable, a dropped flag will automatically return to its base if no one touches it for 15 seconds. Players are invulnerable for a few seconds after spawning to prevent spawn camping. Victory is obtained by reaching the flag capture target.

*** Restrictions ***
During the build phase, a player cannot interfere directly with the opposing team, unless the Default Prop Protection option is turned off.

During the battle phase, players cannot use the physics gun, toolgun, or noclip. You must work with whatever you had managed to make during the build phase, or whatever weapons and entities you can spawn without working with new constraints.

No Keyboard entity triggering. This restriction can be disabled with the Restrict Keyboard Triggers option. Through playtesting, it was determined that a player could be too powerful, and the game no longer fun, if they could trigger explosives, toggle thrusters, look through cameras, open and close doors, etc. through rapid keyboard presses from anywhere in the map, even if dead. Instead, players must activate their devices using the button tool, allowing for allies and enemies to have to work through contraptions, instead of having access strictly at the fingertips of the creator.

when i place the point down i cant move my screen and i cant move my character as every time i do it sends me back to the middle of the spawn point.

For those who wanna use vehicles you can use Vehicle damage + Doc's driveable vehicles + seat weaponiser in the meantime

How can one make it so that the flag can be placed anywhere?
I am aware of how to mess with lua, I am just struggling to figure out how to mess with this parameter.
