Replace Pixels with Yen

描述
Replaces the currency icon with a ¥ symbol, the in-game item for coins into a bronze/gold Yen piece with a hole in the middle, and changes the SFX that play when you pick up coins or buy/sell.

Has custom art and sounds.

Yeah that broke eons ago for reasons I don't know. This mod was published in 2016, that's literally two hard drives ago. The development files for this mod are long gone and I couldn't edit it even if I wanted to.

the change to the sprite is broken, pixels on the ground still show up as the yellow squares
