Perhaps requires installing the "DLCs"?
Regardless, fortunately putting these files in equivalent paths in the Usermod directory (Which has absolute priority) will also work.
The Google Drive link in the description should have ALL the texture files set up to where you can just drop the "materials" folder into usermod.
This is a texture override addon, which if installed correctly should simply change the texture of the cosmetics in question.
SFM has the Tyrant's Helm by default so you'd just be using that.
Other cosmetics may require you extract files from TF2 via GCFScape to have in the first place to have these textures for them.
In other words, they need cleaning up. I personally do not have the patience to perfect them.
Though when I go and do more, I'll see if another method will help.
You can obtain the model from another addon or extracting files from TF2 to SFM.
