Jontron WOOH Monster Alert Sound

Makes a monster yell "WOOH" just like Jontron on player detection.

Credit goes to Dynaflame's Metal Gear Solid Alert Sound mod for inspiration to make a workshop mod because I had no idea you could modify monster sounds, hurr hurr.

NOTICE: This should function as a clientside mod, so your friends don't need to have it as well in order for you to play with them in multiplayer. Don't feel obligated to add this to your collection just so that Starbound will still work. If you still want to add it to your collection so that you can share it with your friends, that's fine by me, but you do not need all of your friends to subscribe to this mod in order to prevent Starbound from crashing.
