SPARK Ammo Slot

描述
Adds an Ammo Slot for the SPARK. Nothing more, nothing less.

Non-intrusive, adds a single line of text code into XComGameData.INI on runtime.

This is simple to implement but some people might not have knowledge of INI file editing. This automates the process for you.

-= CUSTOMIZATION =-

Possession of the ability "Overdrive" is the condition to having the slot unlocked. If you would like the pocket to unlock later or with another ability, go to this mod's XComGameData.INI file and change "Overdrive" to the name of any other ability only a SPARK can have.

-= ALL XCOM OPERATIVES (MANUAL CHANGE) =-

This code will provide the ammo pocket to ALL XCOM AGENTS + SPARKS.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\XCOM 2\XComGame\Config\DefaultGameData.ini

Section:
[XComGame.X2AbilityTemplateManager]

Add these lines:
AbilityUnlocksAmmoPocket="SwordSlice" (Long War perks is SwordSlice_LW)
AbilityUnlocksAmmoPocket="Squadsight"
AbilityUnlocksAmmoPocket="LaunchGrenade"
AbilityUnlocksAmmoPocket="AidProtocol"
AbilityUnlocksAmmoPocket="Overdrive"

If you do this, you do NOT require to subscribe to this mod.

-= REQUIREMENTS =-

Since you only have 1 slot for items, there are no issues. The ammo pocket fix isnt even required anymore.

-= COMPATIBILITY =-

Works with any mod.

i dont think it works with the AP Rounds :/

To make this mod affect ALL XCOM soldiers (even custom/mod added ones) go to ..\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\268500\1130834375\Config folder and edit the file XComGameData.ini this way:

replace

+AbilityUnlocksAmmoPocket="Overdrive"

for

+AbilityUnlocksAmmoPocket="Evac"

Any way to make it standard utility slot and add multiple slots? I'm playing LW2, non-WOTC.

Thanks, btw. I prefer to just add the line to the .ini (I've rolled it into my twealed Long War ini files), but I learned about the ability to do so via your mod. So while I'm not subbed, I tossed ya a thumbs up and a favourite.

I dont recall honestly. I suggest trying without and if the bullets arent kicking in to use the pocket fix.

I saw you added the ammo pocket fix as a requirement for the WotC version, bout half a month after your last comment here. Is the fix needed after all for the base game version, too? Or did WotC just bork something up?
