Phase Shift Module Unprotected Version

The Phase Shift Module lets you desync from the mundane world and enter a ghost-like state of intangibility. Fly through walls, floors, and enemies for a leg up in battle, or for environmentally friendly cave exploration and high-altitude construction.

The tech will LET you phase through walls and doors in protected areas. You canl fly and be untouchable.

Bartender at the Outpost will need some Phase Matter to fix first prototype for you; it drops from ghostly monsters across the galaxy, like Nautileeches and Spookits.

Now it's need a original version of the mod.
Also I try to fix problem with a boss door. It must work normally now.
Unprotected and Original is not conflicting techs anymore.
