Robot Spider Invasion

Create a placeable arcade machine object to play the game "Robot Spider Invasion", a game where you kill robot "spiders".

Craft "Robot Spider Invasion" at a workbench with:
8 Glass Block
20 Timber
2 Silicon Board
3 Copper Wire
1 Battery

Game Controls:
A : move left
D : move right
Spacebar : jump (and double jump)
Mouse : aim weapon
Left Mouse Button: shoot
Right Mouse Button: bombs (must have unlocked bombs)
Escape : quit

After having this broken for a long time, it's still broken, but less so!
I'm updating this since there's progress, as at least now it won't crash Starbound.
- Storage/scoring is broken
- mouse is broken
- music is broken
- Arcade key service mode is broken
- Probably a bunch of other stuff is broken

2016.09.05 Update

* Lots of code cleanup (still a long way to go)
* Tweaked death code
* Fixed timing issue; Windows and Starbound versions should be better synchronized now.
* No longer "beta".

2016.8.31 Updated
* Added working music to Starbound version
* Debug key (F1) now requires a special object to be in the player's hand when
first interacting with the game. The item can only be acquired in admin mode:
/admin
/spawnitem arcadekeyspidergame
Please note that the options here are meant for debug purposes and may mess
a few things up.
