Cowboy Style for All Races

This simple mod allows for all those who love the Novakid cowboy styling but don't care for the Novakid race themselves to play as a star cowboy. This allows ALL races (including all custom races) to make the Novakid weapons/armor/clothing.

Please note, this does not at all change the initial character creation. It appears to work with existing characters as well.
