So I fully removed the map cache and entry on the server AND the clients, then resubscribed on the server. Clients had zero issues after that, map worked great once again.

Yes, I've tried various cache re-laods as well. There's something odd going on with C28. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this map, but since one of the latest updates we get hangs, graphical tears, and some players just cannot connect if it's currently the loaded map on our server.
I'll try a full purge on the server, and client, resubscribe, and see if that doesn't sort any issues.
