This is a 100% remake of my old Sears Tower.

This REQUIRES the Sub-building enabler mod !

-Level 6 Unique Building

-1:1 Scale

-RICO support. You dont need it but I still recommend it

-About the model:

-Main: (1800 tris / 2048x512 texture) + (132 tris / 512x512 texture)
-LOD ( 260 tris / 512x256 texture) + (4 tris / 16x16 texture(placeholder))

Why I used Subbuilding enabler:
(only read this if youre interested :D)
With 1 building I have the choice between: Repetitive lights & crisp textures OR Realistic lights & blurry textures OR Realistic lights & crisp textures and huge filesize.
The main model uses the alpha map to cut holes trough the windows which reveal the sub building beneath that is basically one big window. (thx for the trick zed68!). The LOD is 100% handled by the sub building.

@Elias Ziad It already glows during the night. You only have to subscribe and enable the Sub-building Enabler Mod, as described in the dependencies tab.

Hmm. The sub-building enabling feature is now integrated to the base game's editor, during the recent patch. The author of the "Sub-building enabler" mod specified that his mod should not be used anymore and instead use the base game version. @Drosovila, what would you say about updating this fantastic building of yours so that It no longer depends on that mod?
