@Elias Ziad It already glows during the night. You only have to subscribe and enable the Sub-building Enabler Mod, as described in the dependencies tab.

Hmm. The sub-building enabling feature is now integrated to the base game's editor, during the recent patch. The author of the "Sub-building enabler" mod specified that his mod should not be used anymore and instead use the base game version. @Drosovila, what would you say about updating this fantastic building of yours so that It no longer depends on that mod?

@Drosovila - Hey if i enable rico, i can only see the main buliding and not the sub building. also can you send me the settings in the rico xml files?

Would love for this to be fixed. It's a shell right now. All versions of Willis towers seem to have this problem.

@Drosovila You set m_dlcRequired flag of BuildingInfo to AfterDark for the lights building which was totally unnecessary. Go grab fixed version of lights building [drive.google.com]. I also removed snow generating for that sub building. If you need I can fix 60% version of lights building too.

@adrianderian Lights aren't part of After Dark, it's just because of a flag that was erroneously set to wrong value.

Just updated it to add RICO and uploaded a 60% scale version here :)


@adrianderian Shit, I didnt think of this.. I will have to ask some modders wether its possible to create a sub building that doesnt require After Dark.

Holy crap, thanks so much! Not only did you make a wonderful update of it, you got the file size riduculously low. A simple non-SubBuildings version probably would have been easier, but I'm so thankful you went through the effort to use this brilliant trick! My city eats so much RAM as-is, I keep having to prune away buildings from my collection. I agree about RICO, but really, I can't ask for more than a gorgeous, massive skyscraper that takes <4MB!

@Drosovila I found the "problem", in elements (main menu) lights of Sears Tower are part of "After Dark" DLC, I havent got After Dark expansion, this is the reason why I just see the skeleton of the building, could you updated the building and change that "problem? Thanks, you're a great modder ;)

Seems like there is some demand for a 1:1.6 version so I will add it as well as RICO, once i get my game to stop crashing in the main menu all the time ;_;

@adrianderian It means uve been visited by the spooky skeletal of sears and if u dont upvote this building in 5 seconds u will never have butifull skyscrapers again! Jk, it means you probably havent installed/enabled the sub building mod (in the dependecies over here --->)

When I place this building in my city I only see a skeleton of the building, I dont know why, it is a bit strange :S

Do I have to bullboze 1/3 of my downtown area on my next session or do I have to bulldoze my downtown area when/if you release a smaller verion? 1:1 is a bit tall in my opinion but that´s a cracker model! Wow...
